Yes! We believe technology and AI are important elements in our growing society. When used in harmony, technology can serve as a great tool and resource for connection, creation and learning. At Heart Expressions Microschool, we integrate technology and AI into the learning experience to enhance instruction, provide resources, and facilitate personalized learning pathways.

Our focus is on holistic evaluation that considers academic growth, social-emotional well-being, and the student's overall level of excitement for life.  Our barometer of success is determined by how happy your child is! With that being said, students are also assessed in the beginning of the year to see what skills they have and which learning models serve them best. Parents and guardians are provided a Progress of Development on the child's skills once a month. At the end of the year, your child is assessed to determine growth and at that time full-time students are measured to determine if they meet Home Education Annual Evaluation qualification. 

Our curriculum is flexible and tailored to students' interests, needs, and learning styles. At Heart Expressions Microschool, we offer tailored curriculum using a combination from the following but not limited to Reading Eggs, Exact Path, Mathseeds, Montessori Tech and Singapore Math. At Heart Expressions Microschool we aim to incorporate project-based learning, real-world applications, and interdisciplinary approaches. 

Social-emotional learning is a key component at Heart Expressions.  We utilize a customized social-emotional curriculum as our guides cultivate empathetic, resilient, and interpersonal skills through targeted activities, discussions, and experiential learning opportunities.
